Bim Modeler (MEP)

What you will do

• Develop MEP BIM models (HVAC/electrical/plumbing/fire fighting) in Autodesk Revit up to construction-level detailing
• Prepare coordinated drawings, schedules, BOQs and quantities from the models
• Run clash detection and coordination with Architectural and Structural models in Navisworks Manage
• Manage models and documents on BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Follow project BIM standards, LOD requirements and quality checks
• Incorporate design revisions within specified timelines

What we are looking for

• 4-9 years of hands-on MEP BIM modelling experience in Revit MEP
• Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM 360 / ACC
• Understanding of MEP services layouts and coordination with other disciplines
• We want the Immediate joiners & on urgent basis
• Job Location - Onsite, Hyderabad.
