Job Title: Billing Manager / Head Industry: Manufacturing Experience: 8 to 10 Years Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Billing Manager / Head to oversee and manage the entire billing function within our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, financial accuracy, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage end-to-end billing operations. Identify and resolve complex billing issues promptly and effectively. Implement and monitor efficient billing logistics and workflows. Verify and approve all bills prior to processing. Review purchase orders and manage vendor payments accurately. Detect and correct errors in billing processes. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing procedures. Maintain accurate coding, registration, and batching for all billing transactions. Assist internal and external audit teams with billing-related documentation. Ensure compliance with quality standards in billing practices. Handle the daily functional requirements of the billing department. Prepare and dispatch billing statements when required. Develop and standardize billing procedures to enhance efficiency. Generate and analyze billing reports for management review. Maintain comprehensive billing and payment logs, including crossover billing documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 8 to 10 years of experience in billing or accounts roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
