1. Data Entry: • Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and billing systems. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors. • Maintain organized records and ensure data confidentiality in compliance with company policies. 2. Billing Operations: • Prepare, generate, and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner. • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. • Address and resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with relevant departments. • Maintain accurate billing records and documentation for auditing purposes. 3. Monthly Reporting: • Compile and analyze billing and data entry metrics to prepare monthly reports. • Present findings to management, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes by providing accurate data insights Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent and a degree BA/B.Sc/B.Tech. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with billing software is advantageous. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
