Billing Engineer / Billing Executive (MEPF Projects)

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of Client RA Bills and Final Bills.
• Quantity take-off and measurement as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Preparation of Measurement Sheets (MB) and quantity reconciliation.
• Verification and certification of subcontractor bills.
• Preparation and submission of variation claims and extra item bills.
• Follow-up with clients/consultants for bill certification and payment.
• Monthly billing progress tracking and MIS reporting.
• Material reconciliation with executed and billed quantities.
• Coordination with Project Managers, Planning, Procurement and Finance teams.
• Maintain complete billing documentation and records.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Billing/QS for MEP, Electrical EPC or Infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience in Client Billing and Subcontractor Billing.
• Sound knowledge of BOQ, Tender Documents and Quantity Surveying.
• Good understanding of Contracts, Variation Claims and Cost Control.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• ERP experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
