You should be equally comfortable designing content, editing short-form videos, writing ad copy, and analyzing what works while keeping up with emerging tools and trends, including AI-powered creative workflows. Responsibilities: Create platform-optimized content (posts, videos, reels, shorts) for: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, etc. Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), optionally Google/LinkedIn Design scroll-stopping visuals using Canva, CapCut, Filmora, or similar tools Adapt content for different formats: reels, stories, thumbnails, carousels, product videos, etc. Analyze ad and organic content performance (CTR, ROAS, follower growth, engagement) Write compelling, brand-aligned captions, hooks, and ad copy in fluent English Adapt quickly to evolving tools and creative trends (including AI-supported design/video workflows)Role & responsibilities 24 years of experience in digital marketing (content + paid ads) Proven ability to grow social media accounts from 0 to 10,000+ followers organically Strong with both short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube) content Hands-on with social media platforms, ad managers, and advanced analytics Comfortable working independently, meeting deadlines, and contributing to strategy
