I wish I could give it zero star rating , its a big fraud company . Full of stupid customer care , they do not have any phone number through which one can get in touch , if you right email to support they will get back to after 2 days. …

Worst payment gateway. Giving transaction failure message and debiting amount from account and refunding after 2 days. Strategic to use people money.

I have tried to contact billdesk a dozen time as they have only one way to communication that is their enquiry form they don't have live chat support and they are not bothered to reply at all..I guess they are now out of business... …

This is the worst payment company. I paid 209000 and they haven't returned the failed transaction even after 5 days. They don't have customer care and they are basically ch*tyas

I don't know, why deducted money from my account... What is this indiaideas.com. what are these services... And how can balance deduct from bank without my permission? Who is responsible to give answer?

I paid 285000 on an emergency basis. But it did not reflect for 3 days. Please don't use bill desk if its very important or an emergency. I tried contacting Billdesk regarding this. But No one to answer my query.

Thanks for the response to bill desk. Although it took some time to respond backmback, but finally my money was refunded back that did not get transferred to electricity board. Thanks
