As an Assistant Manager Finance at BigTapp in Chennai, you will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts and overseeing day-to-day financial operations. With 6-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, you will prepare MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Your technical skills should include proficiency in finance software and ERPs (Zoho, Oracle, Netsuite), a strong command of MS Excel and the MS Office suite, and knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting standards. Soft skills such as analytical abilities, communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills are also crucial for this position. It would be beneficial if you have exposure to international accounting standards, internal audits, statutory audits, MIS automation, and financial dashboards. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with a proven track record in account management, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.
