Primary Responsibilities: Workstation Administration and Repair - Windows and Mac First level troubleshooting of desktop applications Spyware, Virus, and Malware Removal User account onboarding and offboarding iOS and Android Support Networking and Internet support (wired and wireless) Management and monitoring of backup VoIP Phone System Support Deliver end user training on basic office applications (one-on-one and group based) Maintain systems documentation Qualifications (demonstrated ability in the following): Five or more years of experience in IT support role. Excellent English written and oral communication skills Diagnostic skills in relation to troubleshooting technical issues Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Passionate about learning new skills, technologies, and conveying knowledge Desired experience (not required): Microsoft Cloud technologies (Office365, EMS, AVD, Azure) ConnectWise Manage, Automate, Control tools (or experience with similar MSP tools) Windows Server administration Apple hardware, OS X and iOS Education Requirements: COMPTIA Network+, Microsoft MCP or equivalent certification

Responsibilities include participation in the full technology solution lifecycle including solution design, proposal preparation and presentation, order processing and tracking, and project coordination. Maintain timely and accurate database of client contact data. Verify all relevant network and systems documentation is maintained. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations. Gather data and assemble reports and agenda for client Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings. Attend QBR meetings with BIT executives and record meeting summary. Develop and deliver technical training sessions to clients. Assist with and/or present at user groups and other marketing events involving prospects / clients. Manage Vendor and Distributor Relationships Assist in research of potential solutions to client requirements. Sales - New Business / Existing Clients Perform Technical Assessment survey and compile deliverable report for new clients. Generate sales proposals and implementation project plans. Follow-up with prospects/clients to review proposed solutions, pricing, determine project start dates and obtain signed contracts. Assist with BIT sales efforts and new client visits as requested.
