Job Title: Business Associate – E-commerce Operations Location: Chandpur Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Business Associate – E-commerce Operations to manage our clients’ e-commerce businesses, both domestic and international (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other marketplaces). You will handle day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks, manage advertising campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of client projects, acting as a hands-on support for the manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily e-commerce operations for clients across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other international marketplaces. Handle product listings, content updates, inventory management, and order processing. Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns to drive client sales. Coordinate with client teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely task completion. Maintain organized workflows and ensure deadlines for client projects are consistently met. Quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and platforms as required by client needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. Experience in e-commerce operations for clients; Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or other international marketplaces knowledge is highly preferred. Experience in managing ads campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, etc.) is a plus. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – mandatory. Flexible with working hours and capable of adjusting to client needs and deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You will act as a main liaison between clients and internal teams to oversee end-to-end inventory strategy, execution, reporting, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory levels and stock synchronization for USA client accounts across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other marketplaces. Monitor demand forecasts and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock outs or overstock situations. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to optimize inventory flow and fulfillment. Maintain accurate inventory reporting and analytics for clients to support decision-making. Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies across inventory systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including catalog, marketing, logistics, and ads for seamless client servicing.
