Bigapple life style team Sai kumar (marketing person) has contacted and solved the issue. Has visited the place next day and replaced lights. Thanks sai fir polite response and solving the issue. One issue with company as they won't provide electrician, because of that we have to pay charges. For this i cut down one start for company.
