Key Responsibilities: Attend inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, property portals) Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties Schedule and follow up on property visits Coordinate with brokers, owners, and internal team Maintain lead data and status updates Support basic negotiations and documentation with clients What We’re Looking For Excellent spoken & written communication Familiarity with Mumbai’s property market (Bandra, Juhu, BKC, etc.) Real estate or customer service experience is a plus Comfort using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRM Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented
