Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chairperson based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Chairperson will provide strategic leadership, oversee organizational operations, and advocate for the company's mission and vision. Responsibilities include managing board meetings, guiding the executive team, making high-level decisions, ensuring compliance, and driving growth strategies. The Chairperson will also represent the company in key negotiations and partnerships, fostering relationships with stakeholders and clients. Qualifications Leadership and decision-making experience, including ability to guide teams, oversee operations, and manage board responsibilities. Strategic planning and business development skills to design and implement growth-oriented solutions. Strong communication and representation skills to build relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners. Proven knowledge in governance, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. Visionary thinking with the ability to adapt to new technologies such as AI and other innovations in property management. A background in leadership roles, preferably in tech-oriented industries, real estate, or property management, is an asset.
