Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong fundamentals may apply) About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity defence team. You will be part of a high-impact group responsible for detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats across enterprise and government environments (As a trainer). As part of Bhumi Itech’s Cyber Range Division (Rangestorm) , you’ll gain hands-on exposure to advanced simulation platforms, threat intelligence systems, and real-world incident response exercises designed to strengthen organizational resilience against evolving cyber threats. Key Responsibilities Trainer: Monitor, detect, and analyze security alerts from multiple sources (SIEM, EDR, firewalls, etc.). Investigate and validate incidents — from triage to containment and recovery. Perform threat hunting, malware analysis, and digital forensics activities. Collaborate with Red and Blue teams to emulate and mitigate real-world APT scenarios. Maintain SOC dashboards, daily reports, and incident documentation. Support continuous improvement of detection and response processes. Required Skills Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and log correlation. Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Wazuh, ELK, or QRadar. Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, and Cyber Kill Chain. Hands-on with packet analysis and tools like Wireshark, Suricata, or Zeek. Basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) preferred for automation tasks. Good to Have Prior exposure to threat intelligence platforms (MISP, OpenCTI, IntelOwl) . Experience with cyber range simulations or incident response drills . Certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, ECSA, or EC-Council Certified SOC Analyst (CSA). Understanding of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) or Quantum Security concepts is a plus. Position: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer – (OpenStack | Ceph | GPU Cluster) Location: Delhi, India (Onsite / Hybrid Deployment as required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to redeploy, configure, and manage a high-performance compute and storage environment built on OpenStack, Ceph, and GPU-based virtualization technologies. The selected candidate will lead the re-establishment of a Cyber Range cluster, ensuring optimized performance, scalability, and reliability for advanced R&D workloads. Key Responsibilities · Redeploy and validate the existing HCI cluster infrastructure end-to-end. · Install, configure, and manage OpenStack components (Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, Horizon, Heat). · Deploy, tune, and maintain Ceph clusters for distributed storage with redundancy and scalability. · Configure GPU compute nodes and integrate virtualization layers (KVM, Docker, or similar). · Design and implement high-speed networking (40/100 GbE, VLANs, bonding, and routing). · Automate infrastructure setup using Ansible / Terraform and monitor using Prometheus / Grafana. · Administer VPNs, access control, and multi-tenant security for users and applications. · Maintain SOPs, topology diagrams, and redeployment documentation for reproducibility. Technical Skill RequirementsCore Infrastructure: · Deep experience with OpenStack (Train–Yoga or newer) environments. · Strong expertise in Ceph storage installation and scaling (object, block). · Proficiency in KVM/QEMU/Libvirt and container runtimes (Docker, Podman, or LXC). Hardware & Networking: · Experience working with GPU or accelerator-based compute nodes and corresponding driver stacks. · Proficiency in network configuration, VLANs, link aggregation, and leaf–spine topology. · Familiarity with enterprise switches, routers, and firewalls setup. Automation & Monitoring: · Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. · Strong Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) administration and Bash/Python scripting skills. Security & Access: · Understanding of VPNs, RBAC, firewall policies, SSL/TLS, and system hardening. · Familiarity with monitoring dashboards and incident response workflows preferred. Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related discipline. · 4–10 years of experience in HPC/HCI infrastructure, or cloud/virtualization deployment roles. · Preferred Certifications: OpenStack Certified Administrator (COA), Ceph Storage Certification, RHCE / Equivalent Linux Administration. Soft Skills · Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability. · Effective communicator with documentation discipline. · Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional R&D teams.
