ob Description HR Executive (Domestic BPO) | Bangalore

Position:

Mandatory Requirement

• Experience in

  Domestic BPO hiring

  is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic BPO requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments.
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• Experience in Domestic BPO recruitment.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in volume/bulk hiring.
• Familiarity with onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
