Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Andheri, Mumbai, for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various healthcare positions such as nurses, caregivers, and physiotherapists. The role involves developing and posting job advertisements, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the complete recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will also be tasked with maintaining updated job descriptions and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Freshers are also welcome. Knowledge of developing job advertisements and job descriptions Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and manage the recruitment process Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent organizational and time management skills
