Job Title: Executive - Financial Accounting Location: Hemkunt Colony, Opposite Nehru Place Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive - Financial Accounting to join our team at Bhatia & Bhatia, Chartered Accountants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and effective client communication & coordination, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and taxation requirements. Job Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day accounting operations with meticulous attention to detail. Issue invoices through the GST e-invoicing portal. Reconcile accounts of Debtors and Creditors. Summarize the current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Manage the Salaries Imprest of employees. Basic knowledge of Taxation, including GST, TDS, and other accounting regulations and compliances. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, involving active communication and end-to-end coordination for services. Job Specifications Technical Competencies: B.Com/M.Com Graduates and/or Semi Qualified CA. Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as an Accountant, preferably in a CA firm or related industry. Profound knowledge of core accounting principles, regulations and procedures. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
