We are looking for An Accountant Assistant who can supports the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks, including preparing documents, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. They handle various administrative and basic accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping, processing payroll, maintaining general ledgers, and assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements. Key Responsibilities: Basic Accounting Tasks: Recording financial transactions. Updating financial records. Preparing financial statements and documents. Maintaining general ledgers. Performing payroll activities. Assisting with budgeting. Material dispatch process and follow up until reach to the customer Invoice and Payment Processing: Processing invoices and payments. Reconciling bank records. Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions. Verifying the accurate payment of all bills and invoices. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Performing data entry and updating financial records. Maintaining both digital and physical financial records. Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other reports. Administrative Support: Answering and making phone calls, responding to emails. Preparing financial reports and making presentations about them. Communicating with vendors and clients about billing and payments.
