About the Role We are seeking a talented Python Full Stack Developer for a contract position to help design and deliver high-quality web applications. In this role, you will play a key part in building robust backend services using Python (FastAPI) and creating responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces with React . You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality and reliability. Success in this position means consistently delivering clean, scalable code, collaborating effectively with team members, and demonstrating ownership of features from conception to deployment. This role is critical in supporting our product delivery pipeline, driving innovation, and maintaining best practices in software development within our organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. Build and enhance interactive frontend components using ReactJS. Integrate and manage relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. Containerize applications with Docker for seamless deployment and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product managers and designers, to deliver high-impact solutions. Document code, processes, and workflows to support ongoing development and onboarding. Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 3 years in full stack development roles. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, with deep experience using FastAPI. Intermediate to advanced skills in ReactJS for frontend development. Strong hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL). Solid understanding of containerization and deployment using Docker. Comfortable working in Linux-based environments. Additional Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with DevOps workflows and tools. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. Awareness of CI/CD practices and tools. Other Requirements: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Note: This is a contract-based role with a monthly compensation of ₹1.4 – ₹1.5L, offering flexibility and remote work options.
