Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Government Affairs Specialist. The specialist will engage with government bodies to establish and maintain relationships, represent Bharat Jal’s interests, and facilitate compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include monitoring legislative developments, drafting policy documents, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to influence policy decisions in support of Bharat Jal’s mission to ensure access to safe drinking water. Qualifications Strong expertise in Governmental Affairs and Government Relations Proficiency in Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities Effective Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and government officials Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to public utilities Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science, or a related field Prior experience in a similar role or in liaison roles with government agencies is preferred
