About the Role We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our growing team in India. This position will support the product lifecycle operations for our U.S.-based clients who market and sell manufactured products on Amazon (U.S.) . In this role, you will play a key part in collecting and managing product data , updating internal reports, and maintaining systems that help drive key sales and marketing decisions . You will work closely with other team members to ensure data accuracy and smooth operational flow across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Pull, organize, and validate data from Amazon and other product sources. Update product information and performance metrics in internal systems and reports . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for client products and listings. Assist in generating reports to support sales, marketing, and operations teams. Communicate regularly with U.S.-based teams to clarify requirements and confirm accuracy. Identify inconsistencies or missing data and proactively seek clarification. Ensure all work meets internal quality and accuracy standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business operations, e-commerce, or data management (Amazon experience a plus). Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with online data tools. Willingness to ask questions, verify assumptions, and collaborate effectively. A dedicated, hard-working attitude with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.
