Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer located in Satnoor (Madhya Pradesh). The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental practices to ensure a safe workplace. Core tasks include monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting workplace safety audits, developing occupational health policies, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. Collaboration with various teams to enforce safety measures and address safety concerns will also be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety practices Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) frameworks and their implementation Knowledge of NEBOSH or equivalent certification in safety standards Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to promote a safety-first culture Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Science Experience in manufacturing or polymer-related industries is a plus
