We are seeking a high-performing and target-driven Area Sales Manager – Mortgage Loans to lead the sales efforts for home loan and loan against property (LAP) products within a defined geographic area. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets through a team of relationship managers and direct sales executives, developing strong channel partner networks, and ensuring compliance with credit and risk policies. Key Responsibilities:Drive mortgage loan (home loan/LAP) sales in the assigned area through DSAs, connectors, builders, and the internal sales team. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers to ensure performance and productivity. Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets in line with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, developers, and customers. Ensure end-to-end processing of applications, from sourcing to disbursement, in coordination with credit and operations teams. Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to stay updated on pricing, products, and offers. Monitor lead generation, conversion ratios, and sales productivity metrics. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and credit norms.
