Resilient communities.” About the Role As an Outreach Manager, you will lead field implementation, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, field team supervision, and monitoring of our outreach initiatives, including: ✔ Livestock development & veterinary programs ✔ Sustainable agriculture initiatives ✔ SHG engagement & livelihood promotion ✔ Community mobilisation and capacity building Who We’re Looking For 🎓 Degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Development Studies, or related fields 💼 5–6 years’ experience in rural or tribal development programs 🗂 Strong skills in project execution, Project Monitoring, community engagement, stakeholder coordination and Networking. 🗣 Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English 🚘 Willingness to travel extensively across field locations Why Join Us?
