Pathetic experience. My ebike broke down on very 2nd day. Also, they claim 80-85km per full charge but at actual it gives only 50km range per full charge. Sales people are very polite pre- sales but after sales they just ask us to contact customer care. There is a big trust issue, pls be careful.
