Role Overview: We’re looking for a brand-savvy social media executive who’s passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of brand marketing and social media , helping shape and amplify BeyondWalls’ voice across platforms. You will drive brand visibility, strengthen digital presence, and engage meaningfully with our audiences across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and more. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Content Strategy Ideate and execute brand-aligned, platform-specific social media strategies. Collaborate with the creative and copy teams to develop and execute a content calendar across multiple platforms. Content creation, on-site shoots, interest in video/production, camera handling etc. Ensure all communication aligns with brand tone, messaging, and identity. Stay on top of industry trends to ensure brand messaging is fresh, relevant, and engaging. Manage monthly social media calendars for assigned real estate clients, ensuring timely and brand-consistent content delivery. Campaigns & Engagement Plan and implement digital campaigns to support brand, and business goals. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and continuously optimize content and strategy. Identify opportunities for viral content, influencer engagement, and user-generated content (UGC) . Community Management Actively manage and grow the social media community by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Build relationships with relevant industry voices and stakeholders to boost brand reach. Monitor brand sentiment, flag potential threats or PR risks, and provide timely updates to internal teams. Analytics & Reporting Track performance of social content and campaigns using analytics tools. Deliver regular reports and dashboards with actionable insights and learnings. Use performance data to refine strategy and improve ROI across platforms. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with Design, Development, Product, and Sales teams to ensure social media supports broader business objectives. Help manage junior team members or external agency partners (if applicable) to meet campaign deadlines and deliverables. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and/or brand communications , preferably at a digital or creative agency. Proven ability to ideate and implement content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals , consumer behavior, and content optimization. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design, messaging, and timing. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Passion for branding, marketing trends, and building digital communities. Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc.) Proficiency in design & AI tools (Canva, Ideogram, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) is a plus. Interest in video production, on-site shoots, camera handling is a plus. Responsibilities: Concept ideation and implementation Work closely with the copy team to develop content strategy and develop a content calendar consisting of channels, media, message, type, etc. Ensure that content follows brand guidelines, is relevant and consistent in terms of style & quality Work closely with company's Design and Development Teams on all creative and branding initiatives Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns Respond and react to changes within social networks Develop creative, innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis.
