About the job: About the Role: We're looking for a proactive marketer who can run high-performing ad campaigns, manage influencer collaborations, and turn social buzz into measurable results. You'll own the end-to-end process from planning to execution across Meta, Google, and influencer partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google to achieve performance targets. - Identify, approach, and manage influencers for campaigns and collaborations. - Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and ensure influencer content aligns with brand goals. - Monitor and analyze ad and influencer campaign performance; prepare actionable reports. - Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives, social posts, and campaign assets. - Stay updated on social media and influencer marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh and effective. - Support in building communication plans for clients and internal projects Requirements: - Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, and influencer marketing. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make optimizations. - Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. - Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently - Bonus: Possess experience in LinkedIn personal branding and content Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 1 years of experience Salary: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,55,000 /year Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2025-09-14 23:59:59 Skills required: Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Networking, Interpersonal skills, Effective Communication, Performance Marketing and Influencer Marketing About Company: BEYOND99 is a strategic, tactical marketing & technology agency driven by data and focused on results, delivering business growth with digital strategy, innovation, and execution that can be measured.
