Job Title: Team Lead – Volunteer Management & Programme Implementation Location: [Remote/Hybrid]-Depends on programme Type: Full Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated Team Lead to oversee volunteer management and ensure smooth programme implementation. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to act as a bridge between programme coordinators and volunteers while ensuring successful delivery of initiatives. Key Responsibilities Volunteer Management: Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support volunteers to maximize engagement and retention. Programme Implementation: Ensure effective execution of programmes and activities in alignment with organizational goals. Mediation & Communication: Serve as the primary link between coordinators and volunteers, ensuring clarity, smooth communication, and conflict resolution. Team Leadership: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide feedback to volunteers. Reporting & Documentation: Track programme outcomes, maintain records, and report updates to coordinators. Capacity Building: Organize training sessions, workshops, and capacity-building initiatives for volunteers. Problem-Solving: Address challenges in programme delivery and propose improvem Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in team leadership, volunteer management, or community programmes (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to mediate conflicts and maintain team cohesion. Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
