We are hiring a full-time NZ Study Visa and Career Counselling Specialist to join our remote team based in India. This role is ideal for someone with experience in online education consulting or student recruitment, and a proven ability to convert leads while offering meaningful, career-aligned guidance to students. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads —there is no cold calling. Your responsibility will be to qualify leads through structured conversations, assess eligibility and affordability, offer early-stage career counselling, and help students understand our 5A pathway before progressing them into a formal consultation. Please note that a working knowledge of New Zealand’s student visa process and education system is essential for this role. This is not a generalist counselling position—it requires familiarity with NZ-specific admission and immigration pathways. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound student leads through CRM and digital platforms. Conduct structured screening to assess eligibility and financial readiness. Provide early-stage, career-aligned course advice based on student goals Clearly explain our structured 5A approach and services Coordinate document collection and prepare students for senior consultation.
