Role Overview As our E-commerce Manager , you’ll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online sales channels. From managing our E-commerce platforms to launching digital campaigns and improving the customer journey, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and enhancing the digital brand experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform. Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Coordinate product drops, seasonal launches, and online promotions. Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, etc.). Develop and implement CRO strategies to increase sales. Handle customer experience workflows (returns, exchanges, support escalations). Manage integration with logistics, payment gateways, and 3rd-party apps. Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitors.
