Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant at BESTOURS.IN. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel consulting, travel management, making travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and handling reservations. While the role is based in Kochi, some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills English fluency Customer Service and Reservations skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience in the travel industry is a plus Destination knowledge Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
