We are seeking a creative and skilled In-House Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling and consistent designs across our digital and product platforms. The ideal candidate will manage the complete design lifecycle—from ideation to execution—while collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams. You will play a key role in visually communicating our products, features, and brand identity in a clear, engaging, and user-centric manner. Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visuals for digital platforms including websites, product dashboards, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Create design assets that effectively communicate product features, value propositions, and brand messaging. Design marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, banners, pitch decks, and print materials. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate ideas and requirements into impactful visual designs. Develop UI graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for product interfaces and marketing content. Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all platforms and touchpoints. Prepare and optimize design assets for multiple devices, screen sizes, and platforms. Manage, organize, and maintain design files and asset libraries. Stay up to date with current design trends, UI/UX patterns, tools, and best practices in the tech industry. Support image editing, product screenshots, and visual enhancements for product launches and updates. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer , preferably in a product-based IT or technology-driven environment . Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) and CorelDRAW . Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, grid systems, and layout design. Ability to visually tell product stories and adapt designs for different platforms and audiences. Experience creating assets for both digital products and marketing materials . Familiarity with UI-focused design assets for web and mobile products. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of social media formats, digital marketing creatives, and branding requirements. A strong portfolio showcasing professional design work for digital products and campaigns. Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
