Experience: Freshers to 4 year welcome | Graduate

• Talk to customers on call, email, and video and help them pick the right gemstone or jewellery.
• Answer enquiries quickly and call back people who showed interest until they decide.
• Ask what the customer needs (purpose, budget, occasion), then suggest the best stone in simple words.
• Close the sale, confirm payment and delivery, and keep the customer happy after the order.
• Earn fixed salary + incentives on every sale, so the more you sell, the more you earn.
• Get full training on gemstones, plus guidance from experienced seniors. No prior gem knowledge needed.
• Work with premium customers in a young, growing luxury brand, near the Yellow Line metro.
• You need good Hindi and English, basic computer skills, and the confidence to talk to people.
