Job Description: Receptionist & Telecaller Position: Receptionist cum Telecaller Location: [Delhi] Experience: 0 to 3 years Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Receptionist Duties: Greet and welcome walk-in visitors, clients, and vendors with a positive attitude Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules Coordinate basic office management tasks (stationery, meetings, couriers, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk Telecaller Duties: Make outbound calls to potential customers Explain products and services in a clear, convincing manner Follow up on leads, inquiries, and cold calls Maintain daily call reports and records Achieve weekly/monthly targets as given Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (local language is a plus) Pleasant personality with professional behavior Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry) Ability to multi-task (calls + desk duties) Confidence and patience while handling customers Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience) Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Why Join Us?
