Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve EV charger sales targets. Identify and engage with potential clients, including real estate developers, businesses, and individual customers. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support. Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and marketing performance reports. Represent the company at local trade shows, industry events, and networking forums. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing (EV/automobile/renewable energy/technology sector preferred). Strong understanding of EV market trends in India and sustainable energy solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) is a plus. Self-driven with the ability to meet targets independently.
