In counter Mr Siddharth is not at all doing is job in cashier . There was long q .people are standing in line he is litrally lazy in billing …took almost 25 mins to clear one customer very upset with the billing ..!

They lied stating that alcohol purchase on outbound flight to Abudhabi was good and we had the bottle confiscated at Abudhabi. This is despite asking them clearly about the policy. Bad customer service.

Azhar is a great salesman. He was very humble and really helped me select what i was looking for. I am glad he was the one giving me a tour. I was on the wheelchair but yet he was very patient and made sure that m not being rushed. Thank you.

Bought a bottle of Bombay sapphire on the way to Srilanka. I realised that the gin had leaked into the bag when I reached my hotel room. It was very disappointing as I did not expect an expensive gin bottle to leak. I hope it was genuinely Bombay sapphire. I will not buy anything for this duty free henceforth.

Best place to get a products for chepear rates and this is the best duty free store I have ever seen and the staff is very nice and informative

I always find Bengaluru duty-free well stocked with best offers compared to the other airports . It has a user friendly & informative online portal for prebooking & checking the stock before our arrival into bengaluru.

Don’t bother of ordering online because they never reserve your order and when you go to the airport, they will inform that the prices have changed and the items are not available
