It is a good clinic but very much crowded and they are very weak in crowd management. Doctors are good and helpful but Doctor patient ratio is very bad. They need to take care of these.

They were charging Patient Registration Charges of about Rs.150 in the OPD that was valid for a Week! Pathetic state of affairs!!

Very good polyclinic, CGHS diagnostic centre.If you want quick service go early in the morning at 8 to 8:30AM, otherwise you will have to wait for 1 to 2 hours as you will go through 3 - 4 queues at different counters for formalities.

Poor staff service. Can't blame the doctors outright because of the staff. They don't listen will not reply and keep the patient waiting or simply hang up if we need to ask them.

Worst hospital or clinic ever seen in my life. They take charge of Rs.100 every time, Rs.50 even for family members of patients visiting OPD. This is just looting. As for doctor and nurses, they are the most irresponsible and misbehaving ones. Please do not risk your life or family members life here. All they are doing is business.
