Role Overview We are hiring a Client Acquisition Manager to manage client communication, requirement discovery, and deal closure for US and UK web development projects . This is a remote-first contract role , but candidates must be based in Ahmedabad for occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities Communicate confidently with US and UK clients via Zoom, calls, email, and LinkedIn Understand client requirements for: Business websites Landing pages Custom web development projects Conduct discovery calls and explain solutions clearly to non-technical clients Handle proposal discussions and close deals Share invoices and payment instructions provided by the company only Coordinate internal handover after deal closure Lead & Payment Process During the trial period, the company provides initial lead data and outreach support The candidate executes outreach, follow-ups, and sales calls All client payments are made directly to the company’s designated account Candidates are not authorized to receive or handle client payments in personal or third-party accounts Projects begin only after payment confirmation from the company Trial Structure & Compensation First 30 Days (Trial Phase): Commission-only 10% commission per client closed Performance expectations shared on Day 1 Trial is successful if at least ONE is achieved: Close at least 1 paying US or UK client , OR Build a qualified and validated sales pipeline Post-Trial (Only If Targets Are Met): Fixed salary or hybrid compensation (salary + reduced commission) Long-term growth opportunity based on performance Requirements (Strict) Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) Confidence handling calls with US and UK clients Basic understanding of web development concepts (no coding required) Strong negotiation and closing mindset Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment Willingness to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and NDA Must be based in Ahmedabad This Role Is NOT For You If You want a guaranteed salary from Day 1 You are uncomfortable with calls or negotiations Your English communication is not fluent You are not comfortable with performance-based compensation How to Apply Send your profile with a short message explaining: Your experience communicating with US or UK clients Any exposure to web development projects Why commission-based roles suit you
