Role Overview: As a Sales Representative at our cloud kitchen, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with both B2B and B2C customers. Your primary focus will be on expanding partnerships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of our food brand. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B partnerships with corporates, gyms, events, and bulk order clients. - Expand B2C sales by targeting individual customers, subscriptions, and delivery platforms. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales goals. - Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital outreach. - Onboard new customers onto delivery platforms and ensure a smooth order flow. - Pitch and customize corporate meal plans, catering services, and subscription packages according to customer needs. - Manage the customer database, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and update CRM tools regularly. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales techniques. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
