We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Agents to join BedR, a fast-growing digital platform connecting students and young professionals to verified PG (paying guest) accommodations and hostels. Your primary responsibility will be to expand BedR’s network by onboarding new PG property owners and managers across Mumbai (and other target locations). Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and generate leads for PG properties and hostels in assigned territories. Conduct research and field visits to connect with property owners/managers. Deliver compelling presentations about BedR’s platform, highlighting its benefits Address objections and questions, adapting your approach to the needs of each owner. Assist owners with the onboarding process: registering their property, uploading details/photos, and ensuring accurate listings. Collect necessary KYC documents and verify the authenticity of listings. Provide basic training on using the platform and support tools. Gather and report insights about local PG accommodation trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Relay customer feedback and market needs to the BedR team for continuous improvement. Maintain detailed records of outreach, meetings, onboarding status, and daily activities. Achieve monthly targets for property onboarding and engagement. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years’ experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role (hospitality, real estate, or B2B sales preferred). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Familiarity with mobile apps and basic digital tools; ability to explain tech features simply. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. Knowledge of local geography/neighborhoods in Mumbai is an advantage.
