Reception Management & Administrative Support Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for executives/teams as needed. Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure adequate stock levels. Collect and distribute faxes, emails, and other correspondence. Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments. Address inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information or directing them to the relevant department. Handle client concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Tamil Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Professional and presentable appearance. Exceptional customer service orientation and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Proactive and resourceful. Detail-oriented and accurate. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Strong problem-solving abilities. Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
