They should be excited about designing a variety of lighting products, ranging from table and floor lamps to ambient wall sconces. The intern should be willing to travel to artisan clusters for sampling and follow-ups. Additionally, they should be comfortable working hands-on with clay, fibers, and weaving in a non-AC, open studio space. The ability to sketch ideas, whether by hand or digitally, is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Rhino, or 3D software would be a bonus. This is a 2-month internship with a paid stipend, located in Bhubaneswar (On-site only).
