Position: BDS Dentist – Clinical, Digital Content & Clinic Operations

We are looking for a motivated, well-organized, and creative BDS graduate who is passionate about dentistry, digital communication, and patient care.

This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys clinical dentistry while also contributing to our digital presence, patient education, and smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms and maintain a consistent digital presence.
• Create engaging, informative, and patient-friendly dental content, including posts, reels, and educational videos.
• Research and write meaningful dental articles, blogs, and website content.
• Develop content that promotes oral health awareness, aesthetic dentistry, dental implants, and other clinic services.
• Coordinate with the team to capture clinical content, patient testimonials, and treatment-related visuals, with appropriate patient consent.

2. Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental check-ups and preliminary oral examinations.
• Undertake scaling and polishing procedures as and when required.
• Take IOPA X-rays and coordinate OPG and CBCT imaging as required.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation.
• Prepare and send invoices to patients and maintain billing records.
• Follow established clinical, hygiene, and patient management protocols.

3. Clinic & Staff Management

• Coordinate daily clinic operations and support smooth workflow management.
• Assist in staff coordination, scheduling, and task allocation.
• Help manage appointments, patient follow-ups, and patient communication.
• Maintain clinic records, hygiene standards, and operational checklists.

Candidate Profile

• BDS degree from a recognized dental institution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in social media, digital marketing, and dental content writing.
• Good organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools is preferred.
• A proactive attitude, professional conduct, and a patient-centric approach.
