Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Oversee structural fabrication, equipment manufacturing, production planning & control, manpower handling, quality control, and technical aspects of the organization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective project execution. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of budgeting, estimation, project management principles. Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale projects on time and within budget. 15-20 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry with expertise in B.Tech/B.E.
