Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. Take and process customer orders accurately via POS system. Answer questions about the menu, suggest items, and provide recommendations. Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints with patience and professionalism. Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues. Coordinate with kitchen/barista staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and café policies. Upsell products and inform customers of any special offers. Process cash and card transactions, manage receipts, and balance till at shift end.
