Job Summary: The OCI Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for the architecture, deployment, and management of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and PaaS services. The role includes ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing environments, as well as integrating identity and access via Single Sign-On (SSO) using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS). Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage OCI infrastructure components such as VCNs, subnets, compute, block/object storage, and load balancers. Deploy and configure Oracle PaaS components (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, Visual Builder, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Autonomous Database). Set up SSO and federated identity management using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) or external identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta). Configure and manage OCI IAM policies, compartments, and governance controls. Implement and support high availability (HA), backup, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions. Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or OCI Resource Manager. Monitor resource utilization, logs, and alerts using OCI Monitoring, Logging, and Alarms. Ensure all systems comply with OCI security best practices, including access control and encryption. Work closely with DevOps, application, and security teams to support development and production environments. Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation and change management logs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 24 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Experience in deploying and managing Oracle PaaS services like OIC, VBCS, OAC, and ATP/ADB. Strong experience in configuring SSO using IDCS and integrating with third-party identity providers. Proficiency with OCI CLI, Terraform, and cloud automation tools. Strong knowledge of OCI networking, load balancing, and security configuration. Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certification (Architect Associate/Professional or equivalent) is preferred.
