Location: Dehradun Company: Bazaar Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for energetic, responsible and self-driven Sales Executives to join our on-ground sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, visiting business outlets, and driving sales for our non-perishable supplies used by restaurants, cafés, sweet shops and other businesses. This is a field-intensive role designed for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily on-field visits to restaurants, cafés, sweet shops, hotels, and other relevant businesses. Generate new leads every day through market visits and cold outreach. Present our product catalogue, pricing, and offers to potential customers. Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets . Build long-term relationships with customers through consistent follow-ups. Collect and submit daily reports (visits, leads, orders). Requirements: Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Must own a 2-wheeler vehicle for field travel. Must have a smartphone with internet access. Prior experience in field sales is a plus but not mandatory. Strong customer-oriented approach and willingness to work on the ground. Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month Incentives: 5% commission (capped at ₹20,000 per month) Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹30,000 per month Work Days: 6-day work week (Sunday off) Timing: Standard field sales hours Why Join Us?
