Job Description: Job Seekers must meet the minimum requirements outlined. Follow an established process for pre-approvals, orders and fulfillment of software add-on features 2. Process orders received via email, and track their status in spreadsheet (Excel or Smartsheet) and ticketing systems (Jira) 3. Handle inquiries about order pricing, scheduling and timing 4. Notify customers via email when orders are fulfilled 5. Must join occasional meetings around 8AM to 9AM Pacific. All other work can be performed in normal IST hours.
