I purchased bathla mobidry, i was not able to assemble it by trying hours on this issue. Called customer service for solution but no proper reply from the company. Lodged an complaint about faulty folding iron board. The co asked to upload an video. After sending the video the very next day Mr William contacted me and said will replace the iron board with a new one. Super fast service. Very happy.
