Role Overview We’re looking for a visually brilliant and conceptually sharp creative who can design high-impact visuals and edit narrative-driven video content for tournaments, brand campaigns, and social storytelling. You must think fast, design faster, and know when to break the grid. Key Responsibilities Design stunning graphics, posters, infographics, carousels, match cards , etc. for all BATBALL tournaments and media channels. Edit short-form videos , reels, teasers, recaps, docu-snippets, and event highlights with pace and emotion. Build cohesive visual campaigns around each tournament or theme (e.g., “Unusual Underdogs”, “BBX Fab Four”, “Batball MAXX Heroes”). Create branding templates and style guides for social media and broadcast. Collaborate with content writers, event teams, and production partners on tight deadlines.
