Bata is good but the showroom staff isn't courteous enough to make you visit again. Although I made my purchase from this hazratganj showroom but not happy with the rude and unprofessional staff members.

bata is good brand and also offers many verity of footwear the quality of products are also good. but bata is not having trendy collection all the footwaer almost looks like old fashion. if we want some better looking nd design there is not much option in bata. but qulity wise bata is good

as we all know its a well developed brand and its increasing day by day. good sevices is proved by the employee when ever the customer reaches at there showrooms

I bought a leather slipper for my father on 2 oct2021 on 24Oct i found it worst bata quality ever. Never buy BATA products.

Good show room like Bata always make. varieties of shoes, sandals, chappals, sports shoes, wallet, purse and belts. nicely arranged and friendly staff.

I wud've actually given it a 3.5 stars ...the products are nice ...the store is spacious with gud staff ...nd variety is also great ....rest the brand name is enough

Bata is not trusted brand. Very bad product quality , very bad service and manager attitude was worst. Purchased a sandel from store and very bad experience of after sales service. I suggest nobody purchase bata footwear. It is a worst company
